Protests against Egypt’s president erupt in capital Cairo, some other cities
Hundreds of Egyptians have held rare protests against President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in capital Cairo and several other cities. The protests were held in central Cairo and several other Egyptian cities late on Friday with demonstrators shouting anti-government slogans, responding to an online call for a rally against government’s alleged corruption.
